I have placed my order—when will I receive my delivery?
Our sales team provides estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation, with tracking details shared for UK customers upon dispatch and available through account managers for EU and international orders.
Upon confirming your order, our sales team will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Delivery tracking details vary depending on your location:
- For UK Customers: A tracking number will be issued by our logistics team once your goods have been dispatched. For goods in stock, the general lead time is 1-3 working days from order.
- For EU and International Customers: Please contact your account manager directly for tracking information and updates regarding your order. For goods in stock, the general lead time for delivery to the EU is 5-10 working days from despatch.
